General:
- We do business through this website only under these Terms & Conditions.
- Goods are subject to availability and may vary from those advertised.
- You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
- We accept no liability (to the fullest extent allowed by law) for the accuracy of information contained on product detail pages or on the website, which may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies.
- Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information. No contract is made with you until we have dispatched your order.
Orders:
- When you place an online order, a confirmation email is sent automatically to your email address.
- If any item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to advise you of the approximate date of dispatch.
- You will receive an email about the dispatch date and the mode of delivery after the goods are dispatched.
- If you do not receive the goods within 2 working days after the dispatch date, please email us on sales@kvet.co.uk or call us on 0208 538 0018 between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Any complaint made later than 7 days will not be accepted as valid. Please supply the invoice/order number in any communication.
- You will receive an email about the dispatch date and the mode of delivery after the goods are dispatched.
Prices & Payments:
- Our advertised prices do not include delivery. The price of the goods may be changed from the one advertised. Please confirm the price before you order.
- This site only accepts payment by credit card or debit card. Payments are taken at the point of ordering.
- We use the latest technology to protect your credit card information and do not release it to any outside organization. You can place your orders using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions) or you can fax or post your card information to us. Any losses sustained by the transmission of personal information by e-mail or Internet links shall be borne exclusively by you.
- We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. This applies to all goods we supply to you and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with you.
- Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002, we can exercise our statutory right to charge interest and an administration charge on all invoices overdue.
- This site accepts VISA (Debit or Credit), MASTERCARD (Debit or Credit), VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO & JCB.
- We will ship to the address of the registered cardholder only
- For payments to be processed without any problems please make sure that the name on the card (and address) are same as the name and address of the registered cardholder.
- CVV – Creditcard Validation(/Verification) Value is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are in possession of your credit card. For Visa/Mastercard, CVV number is the last 3 digits printed on the signature panel on the back of the card immediately after the card’s account number For American Express, the four-digit CVV number is printed on the front of the card above the card accountnumber.
- Payment can not be processed if any of the details above are provided incorrectly.
Delivery:
- We use different forms of delivery methods which have different charges.
- On all orders up to � 95.00 +VAT we charge � 5.00 +VAT for standard delivery which can take up to 3 days. Orders over � 95.00 +VAT get standard delivery for free. Standard delivery is to suitable ground floor or stores areas.
- We cannot guarantee a delivery time when a customer uses our standard delivery service.
- Please notify us in advance if you have any special delivery requirements – there will be an additional charge.
- If the goods do not arrive or are incomplete, are the wrong goods or are damaged when you open them, you must tell our Customer Services Department within 7 days of receipt or expected delivery – telephone us on 0208 538 0018.
- After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.

You have the right to change your mind and you can therefore cancel an order within 7 days of receiving the goods you have ordered. This cancellation has to be done in writing and has to be agreed by our Customer Services Department.
Stock:
- All products are subject to availability.
- Backordered products include items that are not currently in stock. In most cases these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases we are awaiting or researching stock information from one or more of our suppliers.
- Please contact the Customer Services Department on 0208 538 0018 for any information regarding the anticipated dispatch date.
- If for any reason we determine that a backordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by e-mail to cancel your order or you may choose an alternative product.
- We keep an adequate stock of most of the items in our catalogues, if the item(s) you ordered are in stock your order will be dispatched after payment is confirmed.
Guarantee & Liability:
- You get the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty in respect of all the goods we sell.
- Please note that we do not provide any warranties ourselves in respect of the goods and we exclude any warranties express or implied by statute, common law or of any other kind.
- We are willing however to sell you an additional top-up warranty to supplement the manufacturer’s warranty.
- We are resellers to business customers and as permitted under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 we exclude liability for claims regarding the quality or fitness for purpose of goods or otherwise which consumers can make under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.M
- We are liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We do not accept any liability for indirect or consequential losses or loss of profits.

We sometimes monitor or record telephone calls for training purposes.

VAT Exemption :
- VAT exempt orders cannot be placed over the website, and we cannot accept requests for VAT exemption after a web order has been placed.
- We will be able to take VAT exempt orders over the telephone or in our showroom.
- VAT exempt customers must present the relevant Customs & Excise paperwork before they make any purchases or at the time of ordering.
Other:
- We reserve the right to alter prices to take into account forces beyond our control (e.g. currency fluctuations).
- We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by us, our employees or our agents in circumstances where:
- (a) there is no breach of duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our employees or agents; (b) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; (c) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these terms and conditions; or (d) such loss or damage relates to any business or non-consumer loss or damage including, without limitation lost data, lost profits and business interruptions.
- All goods supplied are for personal use only and are not to be sold or offered for re-sale.
- We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason.
- If any part of these Terms and Conditions are declared void for unfairness pursuant to the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, the remaining contract shall only continue to bind the parties if it is capable of continuing in existence without the unfair terms.
- These Terms and Conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase, together with our website prices and contact details. To protect your own interests please read our terms and conditions carefully before accepting them. If you are uncertain as to your rights or want any explanation about our terms and conditions please write or telephone our customer service centre at the address/telephone number provided.
- You will become the owner of your purchases once we have received your full payment for such purchases. However you shall not obtain any right of copyright (or similar rights) in your purchase, of which any unauthorised use including copying, letting for hire or sale is strictly prohibited.
- All designs, graphics and other artwork (including the selection and arrangement of text and graphics) is and remains the copyright of K-Med, although permission is granted to you to electronically copy and hard-copy print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order, reading the terms & conditions with more ease or using this website for your shopping. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
- K-Med is the exclusive owner of this website & its designs and all other company names & logos are the property of their owners. No permission is given in respect of the use of any brand names, product names, trademarks or their respective owners, and such use may constitute infringement of their owner’s rights.
